How do you operate? Do you provide collection services?
We provide IT services to Educational sector (Universities, Colleges, Schools), Government institutions (Councils etc.) and small and large Businesses. We complete the vast majority of work at your business premises unless you decide to bring your equipment to our Gateshead studio.
We no longer offer services to non-commercial or private individuals.
Do you offer a warranty for a completed PC/laptop repair?
Can you fix it today? What about after-hours visits for emergency computer and laptop repair?
We’re open Mon-Fri from 10:30AM till 6PM, however, should you find yourself in an emergency situation, please contact us, and we will do our best to arrange a visit the same day after hours. Evenings until 9 PM, including weekends and bank holidays!
Do I pay after or before the job?
You pay after. We value full transparency of our repair services. There are no hidden charges for PC and laptop repair. Additional costs for PC replacement parts may apply only if necessary for the successful repair. Before we carry out the work, we will make sure to inform you on all necessary repair actions and costs including parts if we need to replace any.
Do you charge for a broken equipment diagnosis and quotes for faulty PC/laptop repair costs?
If you bring your broken PC/laptop/computer to our shop, we will check it for FREE.

What if the device breaks the following day/week again? Will you be charging me repeatedly?
As per our No Fix – No Fee policy we will come back immediately and continue to work on the particular problem until completion for no extra charge. We will also ensure to our best abilities the issue does not reoccur.
However, if we identify the fault is unrelated to the previous PC/laptop repair (e.g. we’ve removed a virus, and now you called out for the screen fix), we will charge you for a new diagnosis or repairs carried out.
What happens if you are unable to repair my equipment? What if I am not happy with the outcome?
We operate on “No Fix – No Fee” policy. If you’ve brought your equipment to our shop, and we’ve diagnosed the fault and communicated to you that we will attempt the repair, yet we were unable to offer a satisfactory resolution or the problem is out of our Services scope, you will not be charged for the call-out or the diagnosis (if applicable). If you are unhappy with the repair and there is a reason to that, we offer 100% money-back guarantee.
It is paramount for us that you are fully satisfied with the entire experience. However, we reserve the option to charge £30 for diagnosis that is carried out in your office, depending on the mileage radius. We will let you know if this applies, once we know how far we need to venture out from our Gateshead office to diagnose the issue at your location.
