    Ended up getting the base model MacBook Pro 13" today at Best Buy because of their student discount. Love it so far I can justify the couple hundred bucks more as it is more future proof than the air and will last me throughout my time in college!

    I would take air bc it's the same thing but just a small version of the pro and I wouldn't spend money on the same thing.

    I already have a Ryzen 7, 16RAM with an 1050TI desktop but i need a laptop for college (medicine student), video editing (1080p) and web development, is the air worth it for that or should i go for the pro?

    3:47 Looks at baseline 13" MacBook Pro with the "Two Thunderbolt 3 ports" at the bottom of the specs, and still claimed there were 4 usb-c ports lol

    Doesn't talk about how the 1.4 ghz is able to use impressive software to be able to clock up to 4.9 ghz the MacBook pro baseline is a new level of computer being able to do anything work related with no hick up.
